Our Identity

Powered by solid faith and unrelenting determination, our mother company, Ripple VAs, went boldly into the future with its vision for 2023 and shed our former identity as mere virtual assistants based in the Philippines. In its place, we birthed a formidable entity – a corps of highly skilled Virtual Assistant Leaders, or VALs. We are not just VAs; we are VA leaders!

This change represents a shift to a more spiritual, mission-driven, excellence-centered, and value-added style of leadership. More than providing our clients with routine remote support, we are guided by visionary leadership and fortified by rigorous internal training programs. We commit ourselves to a far grander mission – creating ripples of positive transformation, stretching across continents, and touching the lives of clients, mission partners, and leaders worldwide.
